Travel Planning Services
Traveling Makes Memories acts as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services through third-party suppliers including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and other travel providers.
We do not own or operate the travel services provided by suppliers.
Pricing and Availability
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and deposits are processed.
Quoted pricing may change due to:

Taxes and fees

Availability changes
Deposits and Payments
Certain reservations require deposits and scheduled payments.
Failure to make payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation, penalties, or loss of reservations.
Travel Protection
Travel protection is strongly recommended.
Declining travel protection may result in financial loss due to cancellation penalties, travel interruption, medical emergencies, supplier default, weather events, baggage delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Traveling Makes Memories is not responsible for losses incurred when travel protection is declined.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy

Obtaining valid passports and travel documents

Meeting entry and health requirements

Understanding supplier policies and restrictions

Arriving on time for transportation and travel services
Supplier Responsibility
Travel suppliers are responsible for the services they provide.
Traveling Makes Memories is not responsible for:

Schedule changes

Mechanical failures

Weather disruptions

Acts of God

Labor disputes

Government actions

Illness or injury

Lost or delayed baggage

Supplier financial default
Payment Authorization
Clients authorize Traveling Makes Memories to process approved payments for travel-related services through secure payment systems.
Credit card information should never be submitted through email or text message.
Limitation of Liability
Traveling Makes Memories acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of suppliers or events beyond our control.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations may result in supplier-imposed penalties and fees.
Refunds, when available, are subject to supplier terms and processing timelines.

Governing Law
